Celebrating Seuss
Friday was Theodor Seuss Geisel's birthday (March 2, 1904 – September 24, 1991), also know as Dr. Seuss. This is an author that we celebrate every day. Every child has a Dr. Seuss book in his/her book bin and gets to pick a new one every week. Some students came in dressed on Friday to celebrate their favorite author. Thank you to Dr. Seuss for teaching so many children to read by using rhyme, repetition and humor to tell a story.

Too Cute. Love the tie in and that you inspired Shalyn to wear a Cat in the hat costume all day. Thanks for being great educators and making our daughter feel special.
