100th Day is Worth Celebrating
Today was the 100th day of school and a very exciting day for our First Graders. We have been tallying each day since the first day of school and talking about reaching the 100th day. Students brought in 100 items contained in water bottles to share with the class. They worked on 100 piece puzzles, played math games to reach 100, made 100 day trail mix, and made a necklace with 100 cereal pieces. We think it was a day worth celebrating!

What a fun day! Thank you for giving them something special to look forward to in the quiet month of February.
LOVE the idea of water bottles for bringing in collections!
Bryn was thrilled for the 100th day of school! Thanks for all the wonderful activities & for making learning so much fun!
I give you 100% for your activities. Yes, the H2o bottle idea was clever. You could show how different items take up different space even though there are 100 of every item. (Same amount, different space).
Price was so excited about the 100th day of school. It looks like everyone had a fun time. Thanks for keeping us in the loop by posting these snapshots of our children's day.
