Every year Principal Phillips chooses a new school wide theme for all of us to rally around. Last year we were Superheros --
The Incredibles. This year the theme is the
"Recipe for Success!" That is the reason for the new blog title
"Mall-ard's Marvelous Menu". We will be busy getting the classroom ready in a few weeks for our First Graders to join in on the fun at the Mall-ard Diner. We plan on including lots for cooking and baking this year while integrating math, reading, and writing skills. Moreover, we all know how much the children love to get in the kitchen and help out. So, get ready to order the Blue Plate Special and see everyone in a few weeks.
